Lent Observations 5

Today involved an adventure out to the East coast, to North Berwick. I observed far too many things to write!

The journey there was bright and sunny and peaceful.

I was listening to KT Tunstall like I was 17 again. It was great – blasting out a good bit of Heal Over, Suddenly I See and Through The Dark.

The journey back involved hailstones, snow and dull skies, interspersed with sunny sections of sky and beautiful cloud formations.

I love that Scotland’s weather is so very changeable. One minute its sun glasses on, the next its car lights on. One minute its jacket off, the next it’s hood up. One minute its window down, the next it’s heating on.

Change – uncontrollable change – a power greater than I.
